the hotel's location worked out great. it was near many attractions , and that helped a lot. breakfast was also a plus , with plenty of choices. the staff was friendly , and i got extra slippers when i asked.
my room was small , and it was hard to unpack. i had to keep everything in my suitcase , i barely had room to open it. the hotel sent me a survey , and i mentioned the room size , and they offered a different room , but only on the last night. the key stopped working six times , and i needed to go to the reception each time.

I found our room clean. The hotel staff was very attentive to my needs. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was fresh and had various options. It was a beautiful surprise to get a birthday gift from the staff.
I noted a small issue, the lack of complimentary water in the room. A bottle of water should be provided.

i totally enjoyed the prime location. many historic sites were walkable. the breakfast buffet had a great variety! the staff was helpful. they all spoke english.
the room was a bit small. i could barely open my luggage.
